"Always enjoy my stay. The property isn’t fancy or upscale, and it could use some upgrades, but it could be a whole lot worse. However, the staff has always been very nice to me and my family when we come into town. If there’s an issue, the staff member always tries, accommodate our needs. basically it does what we need it to do for the few days in town. Love and appreciate the hospitality!"

"Picture perfect views. Nice large room with great beds. Very Nice staff, especially the bartender. Quiet sorroundings. Dislike: biggest issiu was that the pool was closed for maintenence… bit of a nummer with 80-90 degrees weather."

"The place was very nice and clean. We had a great time having competitions on axe throwing and horseshoes. The place was close to the lake where our guide picked us up. We really enjoyed and we will have to come back sometime. Thanks"

"My goodness. I can’t even explain what a special little place this is. Super clean. Everything you need. Location is phenomenal. You can catch fish from the dock. Hemphill is 6 miles down the road. Not much there but you can get what you need. Cafe In The Pines restaurant is so good. We will be back. Check in was smooth. Cabin was perfect. Neighborhood is clean. On-site manager is a sweet heart. Communication is fast. "

"This is an awesome place to stay. The owners are next door, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Perfect place to come and get away from the busy city life and enjoy the quiet and peaceful country life. There is a store/restaurant right up the road that has awesome food if you don’t feel like cooking, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner"
