"Excellent staff and services. Nice complimentary breakfast. Free drink all you want service (water/lemonade/coffee) at 12pm-12am. Nice amenities. The rooms are nice for the price.
Though the soundproof isn't the best, you can hear chatter from other people's rooms as you walk down the hallway. The area around the property isn't the best. Lots of graffiti nearby, the surrounding area gets rowdy."

"My wife and I had beautiful time visiting Tennomaru. The hotel staff were polite, considerate and treated us with respect during our stay. I recommend all of my friends who visit Japan to make the trip down to Aichi and experience this special place. Come here and you won't be disappointed!"

"Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!"

"We had a comfortable one-night stay here when visiting Nagoya. Staff was friendly. The total size of the room was good, but the toilet/bath area could be much smaller to allow for more space in the actual room. We had one of our suitcases in the bathroom due to lack of space in the room. The breakfast was very underwhelming."
