The villa is situated in peaceful surroundings while still being within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, padel and Málaga. It is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, whether you are looking for sunshine and beaches, an active getaway or simply a beautiful place to spend time together.

Please note: the swimming pool is not heated.

🎾 Golf, Padel & Activities

The location is particularly well suited to guests who enjoy an active holiday.

Just approximately 500 metres from the villa you will find a fantastic padel centre with 13 courts, as well as the opportunity to book training with experienced coaches.

There is also a 9-hole golf course approximately 500 metres away.

Around 800 metres from the villa is El Parque de Mijas, one of the area’s largest parks, featuring a lake, skate park, sports facilities, theatre, cafés and children’s playgrounds.

A tennis court, restaurant area and playground are also just a 4-minute walk from the villa.

Because this is our home, we are looking for guests who will treat the villa with the same care and respect as they would their own home.

The villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay together. It is not suitable for large parties, events or celebrations, and we do not allow parties or excessive noise.

We want our guests to have a wonderful time and make the most of the villa and its beautiful surroundings, while also respecting the peaceful atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

We have created a comfortable and welcoming space with plenty of room to relax, enjoy meals together and make the most of the beautiful Costa del Sol.

Whether you want to spend your days by the pool, play padel, enjoy a round of golf, visit the beach, explore Málaga or simply sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and admire the Mediterranean views, our villa is a wonderful base for your stay.
