At night, you can close off the sides and top of the pergola and extend your outdoor living. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom and an office.

Due to the Regulation in Andalucía, we would need a copy of all passports of the people who will be staying at the house.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

This accommodation does not accept groups of young adults.

Please remember that smoking and pets is not allowed in this property.
Total number of occupants cannot not exceed the quoted number.

Upon departure all rubbish must be removed from the property. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of € 50 will be redrawn from the deposit.

If one of the above house rules is broken guests can be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

Deposit: Upon arrival a deposit on 1.000,- euro in cash.
