This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom south-facing apartment enjoys fantastic views over the pool, tropical gardens and Mediterranean Sea. Located in the popular Oasis de Calahonda complex, it is just 100 meters from local shops and approximately a 5-minute walk from the beach.



The property is set within a well-established complex featuring beautifully maintained tropical gardens and one of the largest swimming pools in the area, providing a relaxing setting for your Costa del Sol holiday.



The apartment is light, bright and comfortably furnished. It features two large double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, together with a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area.



The lounge opens onto a south-facing terrace, where you can relax, enjoy a meal outdoors and take in the lovely views over the gardens and pool towards the sea.



The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with two additional beds available.



For year-round comfort, air conditioning is provided in every room, while guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi and cable TV, including English, Scandinavian, sports and movie channels.



Oasis de Calahonda is ideally positioned for enjoying the local area, with shops, restaurants, the beach and public transport all within easy reach.



With its convenient location, spacious accommodation, south-facing terrace and beautiful views, this apartment is an excellent choice for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach holiday where a car is not essential.



As with all our holiday homes, this is a NON-SMOKING property.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before.



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
