The holiday apartment Sea View Torreoceano 6 in Mijas Costa is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.

The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace.

Pros: Superb week spent in the Penthouse at Mijas Costa. Can’t recommend this place enough. Great location, close to the beach with plenty of lovely places to eat. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and light. To wake up every morning with a view of the pool and the sea was an added bonus. The owner Mike is a smashing guy, nothing is too much trouble. He will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is welcoming and everything you require from your holiday.

Improvements could be made to the Sofas as they were uncomfortable and had seen better days. The TV kept buffering and wasn't the greatest quality. The patio furniture was good but the wooden bench needed replacing as again this had seen better days. Well equipped apartment with everything you need and would recommend

Pros: We’ve stayed at Tom and Mike’s properties at Torreoceano 7 times over the past 6 years and have already booked for next summer. Location is excellent (10 mins from beach and 25 mins from the centre of La Cala, meaning that we get to enjoy La Cala and other bars and restaurants in easy walking distance in the opposite direction), the properties all have great sea views and easy access to the boardwalk and the ample free parking is also a big pull for us. Torreoceano also has one of the best pools in the area from what I’ve seen and the grounds are immaculate. Tom and Mike are extremely responsive to messages, never too far away if you need anything and there are a couple of supermarkets in walking distance.... what’s not to love?

Pros: This is the third time we have stayed at Torre Oceana, booking our holiday with Tomas and Mike. As usual any queries we had pre holiday where dealt with within hours (often minutes), including them providing us with a cot, high chair, pram and car seat for our youngest. The transfers they provide to and from the airport make getting to the apartment a breeze and cheaper than a taxi service. Also including a stop at the local supermarket on arrival to pick up any necessary supplies. Whilst there they organised a taxi for us (as a family of 5 this took a bit more organisation!) The apartments themselves, have everything we need. Including 2 pools in a well maintained and clean garden area. Not to mention the short walk to the beachfront (Though be warned, this is either via a steep hill or through a secure passage with several sets of stairs) They are friendly, helpful and courteous and we will no doubt holiday with them again in the future.

Pros: Really enjoyable holiday. The property was spacious and well looked after. The living room and large balcony has fantastic panoramic views of the sea and we enjoyed watching the local fishing boats throughout the day. It is a 5 minute walk down to the sea, down some steps and a private tunnel under the road arriving at the boardwalk. The boardwalk gives you a beautiful walk either way left into Midas town or right down the coast. It is understandably very popular with both locals and visitors, and I understand that it will be extended to Fuengirola in the near future. Mike and his son Tomas are really helpful landlords, from picking up at airport to a trip to the supermarket on the first day. They both live close by and can be called at any time, they are so helpful. Their hospitality is 5 star plus. Mijas is a lovely town, 30 minutes walk away, certainly not spoilt or overdeveloped but enough local beach restaurants and bars to make it entertaining. There is excellent public transport to Fuengirola, Malaga and further. We stayed in this apartment and again the the larger “Atico” this year, my sister in law has stayed here for 3 months by herself, it is very safe for single women.

Pros: Hemos estado en el edificio Torreoceano, en un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Apartamento con una buena terraza para disfrutar del mar. Muy limpio. Tiene también aire acondicionado aunque no lo hemos llegado a usar ya que al tener ventanas enfrentadas se genera algo de corriente y no hace calor. Tiene todo lo necesario, menaje de cocina, sabanas, toallas... Los colchones muy cómodos. Los dueños agradables, y atentos. La piscina es muy chula, está todo rodeado de jardines, césped bien cuidado, tiene hamacas y sombrillas y el agua de la piscina no está muy fría. En su punto. Es una urbanización muy grande que se encuentra en un lado de La cala de Mijas. A través de la senda del litoral llegas a La Cala dando un pequeño paseo. Y para salir a la senda tienes un pasadizo subterráneo. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto. He echado de menos que hubiera una panadería un poco más cerca (hay un pequeño supermercado pero habia que andar un ratito). Por poner alguna pega, yo pondría una mampara en la bañera en lugar de la cortina que hay. Pero lo dicho 100% recomendable.
