"Excellent location, Quiet. Kind staff, beautiful view, beautiful room and clean, very nice breakfast. Superb pool area and terrasse overlooking the Douro Valley. I highly recommend. Only downside is the bathroom and toilet is in the bedroom open area. However, there are other bathrooms for more privacy in a well decorated cabin outside the room. "

"We had a memorable stay of two nights at the Quinta de S. Bernardo in Douro Valley. This inn is located in a fully functional farmhouse and vineyard, perched high on the slopes of Douro Valley mountains offering picture perfect views. We stayed in a room with river views and a plunge pool- it was beyond gorgeous. The facilities are immaculately maintained. The restaurant served great meals all through our stay including good options for a vegetarian in our party. The winery produces excellent...

"Such a wonderful slice of heaven. Definitely visit this property. The staff were fantastic & so helpful. A bottle of sparkling wine at the pool was €18 and absolutely delicious. The breakfast omelette was delightful, the dinner was delicious. The pool was sensational, such a lovely place to be. Book it! We had a vineyard suite, the Manor House ones seemed further away. "

"This is a beautiful property right on the Douro river. The rooms are very modern and clean and have balconies that overlook the river and vineyards. The staff is so good and want to help anyway they can. We are finding that helpfulness is a Portuguese trait, they are born that way. There is free parking, free EV Charging, a free tour of the wine process and free treats. The location is great for exploring the Douro valley. I recommend visiting Regua and if you are a good driver take a ride up...

"Godt hotel til prisen. Morgenmad helt fin med frugt. Kunne godt have ønsket lidt æg/bacon. Værelset lille, men rent og ok. Fin parkering. Lidt derfra er der mange fine bænke og borde, hvor man kan hygge sig med medbragt mad/drikkelse. Swimmingpool åbner medio juni. Supermarked 5 minutter derfra med stort udvalg. "
