We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us.
There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible. "
