"This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring...

"Just some minor things I noticed but overall an enjoyable stay. One elevator was down and the one we took took sounded unsafe. The front door attendant and valet were not friendly or helpful in that we could have used the elevator instead of stairs with all our luggage. In our rooms some dust and a spot on duvet but otherwise clean, well thought out and spacious. Food and art in the hotel are fabulous as well as atmosphere. Staff were helpful when asked."

"The staff at this hotel were AWESOME! Nothing short of being helful, positive attitude and fantastic customer service!! The front desk checked us in with a breeze and explained all the amenities available inside the hotel and what to do around town. "Perfect location and most certainly made my guest and I feel safe at all times. The room was in excellent condition with far more accommodations then ever imagined. The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."

"Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. "

"Hotel is part of the athletic club so expect dress codes. Nice bar to sit and relax. Loved the location as able to walk to Gateway Arch, restaurants. Fee for parking but it’s in a garage and well worth it in my opinion. We were able to park upon arrival and leave our vehicle in the garage until we checked out. "
