There were a number of issues with my room, some resolved and others not. There was no hot water upon arrival and I had to repeatedly walk all the way to reception as the telephone in the room wasn't working. After 5 complaints, they somewhat fixed the hot water issue. There was an extremely loud noise from the plumbing of the toilet. Upon misplacing my room card in their restaurant, they charged me 5 EUR for a replacement. This was unacceptable. The buffet food served was bland and tasteless. There's no customer service element in this hotel. Nobody even asks if any help is required. Probably one of the worst hotels I stayed at especially for a "5 star".
