My stay at the hotel was for one week. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast.
They offered things like bagels, toast, waffles, cereal, hot cereal, coffee-tea. The main breakfast was eggs and sausage. Problem was they use either standard egg carton eggs or powered eggs, which were over cooked, this lead to the surface of the eggs turning hard so you had a mix of crunchy and watery eggs. The sausage is what you expect from a hotel breakfast, but serving them everyday was horrible. If they switched between sausage and bacon it would give variety. Last thing was there were no home fries served at breakfast, not once in the entire week. I completely understand food wasting, and the rising cost of food and supplies for the hotels, but these costs are factored in to the cost of an overnight stay. The hotel guest has these costs passed on to them through the cost of a nights stay. Just offer the standard breakfast with everything included or don't offer it at all.
