"It was a very well furnished, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Renee was awesome at communicating & responding to questions. Went for the Thunder on the Strip bike rally & this property was about 5 miles away so it was a nice reprieve after a lot of people & activity all day. The hot tub was sooo nice!! Clean & the downstairs, although we didn’t use it, was set up worth fun decor. Highly recommend this place!!!"

"The Little House on the Farm is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at. Everything about the house was made for the convenience of the guest... from maple-iced cinnamon rolls to tasty TV snacks. The house was super-clean, better than any other place in which we stayed. It was absolutely worth every single penny we paid to rent it for a few days. I would love to come back again and this might actually happen, as some great friends are moving to Ohio and will be 35-45 minutes away. I...

"Loved it! The cabin was comfy, cozy, and complete. Beds were super comfy and we slept great. We really enjoyed the fire table on the screened back porch and the swing and rocker on the front porch. The kitchen had every utensil, bowl, and small appliance I needed for cooking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it! Looking forward to staying here again. "

"Property is beautiful. Accommodations are so nice. Even though the bedrooms are upstairs, the apartment is fully set up for anyone with mobility issues. Elevator and plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Kirtland is a charming town. Location of this property is walkable to all the highlights of town "

"Thank you for a great stay. Very nice and comfortable house. Nice kitchen and beds, with lots of room to relax. The host had excellent communication, everything was easy and accessible. (The cows were not there during our stay, I wish they had been!)"

"Great house! We stayed here for 4 nights. The house is exactly as described. It is so close to many wineries. The hosts answer emails so quickly. Super clean! We love the fire pit and the hot tub. Also perfect place to stay with a dog or with couples as there are 3 bedrooms all identical with king size beds. "

"Do yourself a favor and stay here! We had such a great stay at this property! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day, and the place itself was spotless. Very clean and taken care of. Decorated to your quaint’s conrent. You can tell the owners really care about the little details, they had extra amenities that were above and beyond. They had coffee syrups, shower steamers, lotion, board games, books, candy, s’mores kit and other thoughtful touches that made it feel extra...

"This house was perfect. Fully stocked. Very clean. AC in every room. Beds and linens were cozy! Hot tub and pool were CLEAN (rare for vrbo, IMO). Rob and Cassie were on the spot with communications. Even air vents and baseboards were clean. Quick and conventient to location. I WILL be returning! "

"My family and I were in town for 3 days and needed a space to accommodate all 7 of us. This house was beautiful and so lovely to stay in. The pictures don’t do it justice. Nis was such an amazing host. Quick to respond, friendly, and so hospitable. Would absolutely recommend staying here."

"One of the nicest rental properties we’ve stayed at as far as thoughtful amenities. Clean, nicely appointed house. Comfortable and spacious accommodations for 7 adults including a nice outdoor patio to enjoy a seasonable fall day. Easy, short drive to both Geneva-on-the-Lake and the wineries.
