"We asked a few times about room at check-in but receptionist just referred to ‘card’ and room number. Ofc we got noisy room and had to move. "

She quickly accommodated our request while continuing to be extremely friendly. Later that evening, she was outside shoveling the snow to keep the walkways safe. "Nice little room for a quick stay. We were in the Reese themed room. Thoughtful amenities, the dark makeup washcloth was a nice touch! Clean room and bathroom. Responsive front desk. Will stay again when visiting family in the area."

"Really bad for the relatively high price. Shower did not work. It was worn down and the breakfast is really bad and unhealth"

"You need to know where the hotel is, there are no signs. Reception has nice little shop and also doubles as breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast could be better, it’s mainly carbs (toast and bagels etc.) The rooms are nice and big, with all you need even for longer stays. Yes there are scuffs and signs of age, but it’s clean and functioning. WiFi was mostly fine, but there was a period of no access."
