"I'm going to start this by saying I only paid $40cad a night. If I had paid the average nightly rate, my review would look VERY different. My daughter and I needed a place close to Cedar Point, just to rest our heads before and after a day at the park. This place did the trick. "The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"The room was on ground level which was good for everyone in our group, we are older with health issues. The room was clean and comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet with no noise from the traffic or other patrons. We would definitely stay here again. Parking was right in front of our door."
