The Space:
Villa Mater Maris is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and interiors. Upon arrival, you immediately encounter the large open-plan living and dining room; a cozy place where you can gather with your travel companions.

The living and dining room features large windows, giving you an immediate view of the spacious garden. This is nicely decorated with artificial grass and garden furniture. The ideal place to enjoy a snack and drink together in the sun!

Villa Mater Maris' fully equipped kitchen ensures that you get the most out of your stay. The completely new kitchen features a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and kitchen mixer.

On the 1st floor of Villa Mater Maris there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a relaxing, neutral color palette and quality bed linen. In turn, the spacious family bathroom features a double sink with large walk-in shower. Towels are provided throughout your stay. There is a separate toilet on the ground and 1st floor.

A final very spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be found on the second floor of the house. The room is spacious and also nicely furnished with separate toilet and shower room.

Villa Mater Maris offers everything for a nice vacation by the sea in group. The house is located within walking distance of the beach and Middelkerke centre. Furthermore, there are many stores located within walking distance.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
