Here, you can enjoy tranquility as well as the many opportunities the region has to offer. Leffinge is the perfect base for beautiful walks and bike rides through lush surroundings, all while being just a short drive from the Belgian coast. Middelkerke, Nieuwpoort, Ostend, and Bruges are all nearby, offering the perfect blend of culture, gastronomy, and seaside relaxation.

Upon arrival, you can easily park your car on the driveway. Your holiday starts in complete serenity.

Inside, Groenhage features a cozy living space with an open kitchen. This large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, available for your use free of charge.

The enclosed garden is a real highlight: with a large sun terrace and a private playground, it’s a paradise for families with children. Pets are also more than welcome and can safely enjoy the fully fenced outdoor area.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests and has 4 comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor – ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a children’s room with bunk beds. All beds are made up with high-quality linen upon arrival so you can relax immediately.

The spacious bathroom includes a double sink, walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet. A second, separate toilet is available on the ground floor – a convenient extra during your stay. Towels and kitchen linen are provided.

1 pet is allowed at Groenhage. A surcharge of €20/night will be applied after your reservation is confirmed.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
By booking this accommodation, you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, you will receive an email (after reservation confirmation) with a pre-check-in form. In this form, we will ask for your personal contact details and you will be required to pay the rental deposit. After completing the form and paying the deposit, you will receive the check-in instructions along with great local tips and addresses.

LINEN:
High-quality bed linen and towels for the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally cleaned and prepared. Final cleaning is included in the price. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition upon departure. Additional charges may apply in case of improper condition or excessive mess.

UTILITIES:
Normal use of water, heating, and electricity is included in the rental price. Excessive use may result in additional charges.

INSPECTION:
The accommodation is inspected for damage and theft at each check-in and check-out. Any damage during the stay must be reported immediately. Guests use the accommodation at their own risk. The owner and rental agency are not responsible for theft or accidents in or around the property.

EXTRA:
Rentus acts as an agent on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and crockery are available for the number of guests allowed. The total price includes the rental fee (90% for the real estate and 10% for the furniture), cleaning costs, and possible administrative fees.
