This oasis is perfectly designed to cater to a cozy group of up to 3 adults or a small family with two kids. The main bedroom features an inviting queen bed framed by expansive glass doors that reveal a peaceful private balcony. The living room offers a comfy queen futon that doubles as a second bed.

Start your morning with a heartening cup of coffee, courtesy of our Keurig machine, accompanied by an assortment of k-cups at the custom coffee station. Explore Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall, Blue Chip Casino, or take a stroll down to nearby Washington Park Zoo and Harbor, all within a convenient radius.

The entire unit is available for guests, inclusive of a shared backyard and a laundry room. Planning your laundry schedule would be ideal as it is off-limits between 11 am -4 pm daily.

Discover gastronomic delights at the range of restaurants surrounding our property. Get a taste of delicious pizzas at Brix Tasting Room or sip on craft cocktails at Leeds Public House. Dune Billies, a short walk away, serves a delicious breakfast including a divine South Shore Breakfast Burrito.

Indulge in retail therapy at Lighthouse Place, enjoy a thrilling day at Blue Chip Casino, or simply unwind at Washington Park Zoo. Wine connoisseurs are surely in for a treat with nearby wineries like Shady Creek, Round Barn, and Lemon Creek.

Health reasons exempt us from hosting service animals or emotional support animals. Any animal found on the premises may result in an eviction and a notable fine.

Security measure includes Ring Cameras installed outdoors as well as in the lobby/laundry area, hence guests should refrain from blocking the cameras or smoking/vaping inside the unit. A steep penalty might be imposed on violations. Kindly provide an ID & sign a Rental Agreement or refundable deposit before checking in.

Please abide by our house rules, which include a quiet hour post 11 pm, no pets, and maintaining cleanliness. We strive to offer a pollution-free and relaxing environment to all our guests, hence we appeal for your cooperation.

Prior to arrival, you must complete guest verification with Truvi, our third-party provider. This helps us to comply with short-term rental regulations and provide our guests and properties with extra protection.

NO PETS ALLOWED! ZERO EXCEPTIONS! We will charge $1000 per night, per pet. We do have RING Camera’s outdoors on the east and west sides of the building. They are located near the doors of Unit 1 and Unit 2 showing both sides of the shared patio.We also have one indoor in the main common area where the washer and dryer are located. NO pets, please do not ask.

Please Respect other condos in the building`s privacy and be respectful to other guests

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke/marijuana

Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.

If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.

Blocking of RING camera`s will lead to an AUTOMATIC EVICTION. No Refund will be issued and guest will be handed out a fine up to $500.

Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

Laundry room will be off limits from 11am - 4pm daily. Please plan accordingly! We will have to take laundry out if being used as our clean team may need the machines. If so, one may be subject up to a $100 fine.

Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
