I spoke with our General Manager who corresponded with you personally, to assure you, there were no charges to your credit card. Our property is smoke-free, so if we are made aware of guests smoking, they are fined. I can guarantee that our staff member you are referring to is a non-smoker. We strive for our guests to have the best experience during their stay and I'm sorry that this was not the case. We welcome you again for what I'm sure would be a much better visit.

Since we are a historic Art Deco hotel, despite the upkeep and renovations, the plumbing is original and sometimes it may take a moment for the hot water to adjust. Leaving the tap open for a minute or two will typically solve the problem. Please report any issues with your room to our staff, so we can look into it further. We appreciate your feedback.
