Getting around is simple with Uber, Lyft, taxis, or rentals. Miami Airport: 25 min | Port of Miami: 20 min | Brickell/Downtown: 15–20 min. The South Beach trolley stops outside, offering a convenient car-free option.

Self check-in, 24/7 assistance, 4% card fee for refundable cancellations, and management may reassign to a similar unit if needed.

The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.

Registration through the Charge Automation link is mandatory and is required prior to check-in. The smart lock door code will only be provided once the security deposit has been authorized and the pre-check-in process has been completed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in eviction and additional cleaning fees.

Shared washer and dryer facilities are available on-site for guest use and are in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. You can access the laundry room using the same code assigned to your room.
