• No parties or events without prior authorization. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• Only registered guests are allowed – Visitors must be pre-approved by the host.

• No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony – Includes cigarettes, vapes, and any substances. A $300 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated.

• No pets unless approved in advance – Additional fee applies.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Please respect the neighbors.

• Do not move furniture or alter décor.

• Lost or unreturned keys, FOBs, or parking decals will incur a $150 replacement fee each.

• Check-in is managed by the building’s Front Desk team. Upon arrival, the reservation holder must present a valid government-issued ID to register and receive access credentials (FOB, latch keycards, and parking decals).

• The person whose name is on the reservation must be present at check-in and remain on the premises for the duration of the stay.

• All guests will be asked to review and sign the building’s Rules & Regulations at check-in. These cover amenity hours, quiet hours, and general building policies.

• Luggage services are not provided. Valet luggage carts can be borrowed from the Front Desk with a valid government-issued ID.

• The building provides 24/7 Front Desk assistance. Basic maintenance services are available during business hours and limited coverage is available after hours.

• Upon check-out, guests must return all keycards, FOBs, and parking decals to the Front Desk. Any lost or unreturned items will incur a replacement fee of $150 each.

• All rates are all-inclusive – no cleaning fee, no management fee, and all utilities (Wi-Fi, water, cable) are included in your stay.

• Please note the HOA reserves the right to revoke services if building policies are not respected.
