· Please note that all guests must sign a Liability Agreement prior to check-in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to hosting you.
1. The Lease Agreement must be fully signed, including all material terms such as names, dates, and amounts.
2. А valid ID is required for every adult residing in the unit (U.S. residents must provide a Driver’s License; international residents, a Passport).
3. A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required (paid by the tenant).
4. If applicable, a refundable Pet Deposit of $250 is required (paid by the tenant).
All payments should be made payable via check or credit card.
· Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
· The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
· The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
· All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
· Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
· Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to prevent A/C problems and protect the furniture from humidity.
· BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
