1.Bedroom with a 2 QUEEN SIZE BED + 1 TWIN SIZE BED , a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake/pool.

2. Bedroom with a King SIZE BED, and access to a shared full bathroom.

3. Bedroom with a King SIZE BEDS, a 50" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.

4. Bedroom with a 2 QUEEN SIZE BED, access to a shared full bathroom.

5. Bedroom with a 2 SINGLE SIZE (BUNK BED) , access to a private full bathroom.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

- This property is pet friendly.

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.



- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
