stayed here for 8 nights so i certainly have a review so buckle up. checked in around 11pm, everything was chill, we got up to the room and IMMEDIATELY needed to open the balcony door (which remained open the whole trip) because it was SO musty, not to mention the heat was set to 95, thankfully was adjustable, woke up the next morning and noticed our feet were BLACK from the floors, so my boyfriend had to mop the floor with a hand towel and sweep the balcony himself, mind you there is no housekeeping service included unless you wanna pay extra on top of resort feesthe elevators were super dysfunctional, had to wait at least 10 mins for the cart to get to our floor, sometimes it wouldn’t even arrive so an employee would have to come and rescue you from your floor and take you to the residential elevator which you can’t use usually unless you have staff with youwas offered a breakfast package over VRBO messages but when i asked how much it was they said the property didn’t offer that? so no food at all was included and if you needed drinkable water it was 2.75 per bottlebehind and under the beds were filthy, caked on dust and dirt, old false eyelashes left in crevices and unknown stains all over the fabric bed frames our shower head was leaking so bad it would shoot over the door and leave the bathroom floor soaked, we had to put the sticker labels off our shower products over the neck of the shower head so it would stop
