Spectacular BeachWalk Resort Upper Apt, 29th floor. Private Views and Balcony, 1 Bdrm Apartment with Full Bath and King size bed. Full kitchen and living room. Private laundry space with washer & dryer. Sofa available- no sofa bed. We can provide linen and blankets.

Resort and Parking fee will be both charged at Resort.
$30 daily Resort fee and $ 28 daily Parking Fee.
$250 Security deposit in case of damages.

The Space:
Beachwalk Resort, ideally located between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy a stunning condo-hotel on South Florida's beautiful beaches, complete with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities. This unit offers a south-facing balcony with direct views of the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Just a block from the beach, it features a king size bed , accommodating up to 3 people, with a private bathroom and TV. Washer & Dryer. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and free beach shuttle.

Valet 1-7 nights -> $ 28 per night
Valet 8-10 nights -> $ 25 per night
Valet 15-21 nights -> $20 per night
Valet + 21 nights -> $15 per night

$30 per day (1-6 days)
$25 per day (7–15 days)
$20 per day (15–29 days)
$300 per month (>30 days)
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day.

📦 New Schedule: Packages will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day.
💰 Fee: A $5 charge per package will be applied at the time of pickup starting February 20, 2025.
🗂 Storage Time: Packages will be held for up to 60 days.
🔔 Reminder: After 30 days, a notification will be sent to the guest.
