The Space:

This spacious penthouse is designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups traveling together.



It features 4 bedrooms:



* 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds

* 2 bedrooms with double beds



With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy more space and privacy during the stay.



The living and dining areas provide a comfortable place to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home.



One of the highlights of the penthouse is its private balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or relaxing after a day exploring Mexico City.



The living room TV includes streaming apps so you can sign in with your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.



The apartment also offers Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, elevator access and parking.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire penthouse and its private balcony during their stay.



The building has an elevator for convenient access to the apartment, and one parking space is available for guests.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be staying in one of Mexico City’s most popular neighborhoods, just one or two blocks from Parque México.



Condesa is known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, restaurants, cafés, bars and parks. Many of the neighborhood’s most popular spots can be reached on foot, making this an excellent base for exploring the city.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out must be before 11 AM. If you need to enter early let us know and we will try depending on availability.



Final cleaning is included in the rental price, but if you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, we can provide it for an additional charge of $400 per day.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



IMPORTANT: The elevator is not working at the moment.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico and we want you to love it too. We will tell you the best places to go, where to eat and what you see.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
