The main spaces of the 200 m2 condo:

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The property is approximately 17 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). If not driving, you can get around by taxi (look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. When taking a taxi in the city, ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It`s generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride. There are also private car services and rideshare companies like Uber and DiDi.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
