The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Guest Access:

Upon arrival the front door entry code will be provided to you. Digital pad key entrance to lofts will be the last four digits of cell number. Front door entry to the building will have the last six digits programmed for use. For your peace of mind all door handles will be disinfected per new entry.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, a full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.



Additional Fees

- Late checkout (until 12 PM) will be charged a 20 USD fee (Plus Tax)

- After 12 PM will be charged an 89 USD fee for a one-bedroom loft and a 99 USD fee for a two-bedroom loft (Plus Tax)

- A commission of 3.5% will be charged for payments made through card payment terminals.
