Magical apartment amazingly designed and very bright in the heart of Mexico trendiest neighborhood, really close to everything like malls, restaurants, hotels, parks and museums.



The Space:

Enjoy your own apartment with kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bedrooms, one big with king size bed and one small with full bed both rooms with full bathroom and all the things you need to be comfortable. The second room is located next to the kitchen, they are not close to each other.



This stylish decorated apartment is 80 square meters with very nice interiors, like parquet floors or good water pressure. It's located con 2nd floor with two elevators, and has a janitor at daytime.

1.⁠ ⁠Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2.⁠ ⁠Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



Guest Access:

You can cook, rest, and go in an out as you want.

No guests are allowed in the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.



Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day.



There use the washer and dryer is available for an additional fee of $350MXN per load (wash and dry). Please request this service in advance.



If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask.



Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.



Parking fits small vans and sedans.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
