"The hotel is actually good but the management is simply too greedy and are trying to maximise on you at every single step. I exchanged 100 usd and their exchange rate was 1900 in oppose to 2500 that is the official rate. As gold member they offer 20 procent discounts, they only gave me when I insisted. I was dining with a group that I paid for, they were standing and watching exactly what I was eating so they only had to give discount on that. Principal OK but very cheap behavior. Breakfast was...

"I need assistance moving around and the only elevator access is through a back entrance where a security guard for a local shop physically threatened me because I parked on the nearest parking space to the elevator (handicapped spaces were occupied and extremely far away). Bathtub is a nightmare for people with disabilities, tall, slippery and completely inadequate."

"I like the place"

"We had an amazing time at this property! The bed was comfortable, the food was delicious, fresh air, hot water! Very friendly and accommodating staff! The only thing is that, it was advertised wrong. The property rents 4 rooms accommodating 2 people each."

"Nice place to stay and go around. 20 min away from Tegucigalpa.."
