"Hyggeligt og rent hotel, centralt i Sorrento. De har har aftale med en parkering tæt på hotellet, så det var nemt at have bil med. Rigtig god service. "

"Hotel med unik beliggenhed - med fantastisk udsigt fra værelse og pool. Renlighed i top, meget indbydende pool og serviceminded personale. Morgenmad tilstrækkelig uden det lille ekstra. Køb ved pool - panini og aperol sprits ikke pengene værd. Drikkevare udvalg fint, men vælg simple ting. God parkering. Har du egen bil er afstand til Sorrento og nabobyer intet problem - uden egen bil nok besværligt."

"Do not book unless you want to pay premium price for a molded room. The hotel has a beautiful location and friendly staff, however when entering the room late at night we noticed a bad smell, that we next morning was due to bad mold over the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for another room, which we had but not until the day after. We asked for compensation due the health hazard we had exposed to, the inconvenience of having to change room (with the clothes damp from the first packed in the suitcase for whole day), and a second room that in several ways was less attractive than the first room we had. We were given a free dinnerbuffet, which we appreciated, however we didn’t feel that in any way adequately compensated for the situation. I tried several times to get in contact with the manager, without any luck and my emails to the manager remain unanswered. I’m shocked that a hotel manager of any hotel, let alone 4-star hotel, is non-responsive to a complaint like ours - especially as I informed the manager and staff, that my travel companion has severe astma."

"Very nice hotel with pool direct to the sea. It had everything we needed and the service was excellent. The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops. Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff. The rooms with view towards the park were nice. We can recommend this hotel."
