"Excellent experience all through. Like being taken to another time-capsule and interesting artefacts everywhere. Serviceminded staff all over and nice hote-guidance by charming & sweet Gita. Can give it all my best recommendations and extremely good value for money. "

"Staff nice but a bit confused. Gave us a smoking room but fixed it right away with upgrade and apologized. Charged us for kids beds even though I booked -and paid incl. 2 kids. Gave me a RETURN price for pick up and drop off, but at departure they said the price was only one way. Fixed an old taxe last minut free of charge. Sweet but confused"

"Stayed for 2 nights. My dorm was big enough fit the bunks and some space. It was very clean . The bunk had a privacy curtain, a private lamp, an electrical socket, a mini shelf and a mini hanger for 1/2 clothing items. The bed and a medium mattress, were very comfortable. The thick duvet was great due to the AC set quite low. The AC unit was temperamental, sometimes it would randomly get warm. Guests were assigned a locker, outside of the room and could fit my backpack and trolley case. The...

"The staff was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak, the room felt damp, and the hallways were too dark. The hotel needs improvement, but the service was excellent."

"Bien placé pour vivre local..."

"Nice hotel compared to the price. Value for the money, that is for sure: Placed outside the centre, which means less trafik. Convenient when you are in Jakarta for business"

"Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Staff is really nice, hotel is at a location that is good for work, especially if you have to be in the port, but both hotel and environment are not a touristical "hotspot"."
