"A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). "Hotellet er rigtig fint og vores værelse var rigtig godt i forhold til det, vi skulle bruge. Det trænger til at blive opgraderet på badeværelset, hvor bruseforhænget godt kunne trænge til en udskiftning, men ellers var det rigtig lækkert og sengene var gode.
Morgenmaden er typisk britisk, og udvalget var ganske udemærket.
Hotellet har egen (gratis) parkeringsplads, hvilket var et stort plus. "

"I had a lovely stay! The cleaning was okay, but it could have been a bit better. The staff was really nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing!!! The one down side, there was a very bad draft the first night, they took a look at it, and the second night, there were still a draft, but not as bad. And that was the only thing, otherwise it was fantastic!"
"It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in."
"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. Although there isn’t any air conditioning, there is a fan. I didn’t miss having air conditioning, as the room didn’t get too hot, even though I was staying on the top floor.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi wasn’t particularly fast, but it was perfectly adequate for my needs. There’s also a TV in the room, which is handy if you get bored. 🙃
