"Mickey situated, beautifull grobunds. We arrived early for a pre check-in. Staff was friendly enough and took our phonenumber so they could call when the room was ready. No information about the hotel area or the area in general. No suggestions or recomendations as how to spend the waiting time.
Room was a good size. No Welcome packet with information in the room. However conplementary water and Wine in fridge. Wineglasses were dirty though.
We had e reservation for room with vinyard view. However it was mostly blocked by a giant oak tre. Also nice, but not what we paid for and thereby expected. Turn-Down every other day, but only clean towels and empty of trash. No making the bed etc. complimemtary robe was dirty - disgusting - what else had not been changed since the previous guests.
Showerhead far to Løwe for my 2 meter tall husband. He had to crouch.
Breakfast was ordinary at best. Fresh berries but no greens. Bagels but no cream cheese etc.
All in all quite dissapointing."
