"Everything was great! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. We checked in at 8pm, Savanna had the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced: professional, friendly, helpful, efficient. She went above and beyond to acknowledge every guest that entered while we checked in, saying "welcome back". She helped me find a restaurant location taht I was looking for. It is rare to have such a great experience that stuck with me and we commented how exceptional she was."

Visited old friends and colleagues in the area and the hotel was an ideal base for me: Very close to the I93, Several good diners 2-3 minutes away. Huge Walmart in Derry and the hotel itself was excellent: Clean rooms, friendly staff, continental breakfast and excellent wifi. I can certainly recommend this hotel."
