Panoramic Townhouses by Lisa (Deluxe Back Unit)

Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses by Lisa boast stunning views of Merimbula's lake and ocean. You can see from Merimbula's famous wharf and bar to the North, and all the way to Pambula Beach and Haycock Point to the South.

Townhouses

These two bedroom upstairs/downstairs townhouses are fully self contained. Each unit has a full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, full sized fridge, and microwave, a separate lounge (with foxtel) and dining area, a bathroom with two toilets (1 on each level) and a laundry with a washer and dryer.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed (with a 2nd television) and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each unit has a private balcony that overlooks Merimbula Lake and ocean.


Facilities

Merimbula's Panoramic Townhouses are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens. The grounds also boast a large swimming pool and a great BBQ area at the rear of the complex. There is also 1 off street car park per townhouse.

Old apartments but very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location - could walk everywhere. View was great. Check in was easy. Good for a couple or up to 3 people as it’s not very big. Would stay again.

Great Unit to stay in, as this was a working holiday for me it was imperative that I had WiFi and this was a let down. The WiFi was garbage, dropping in and out all the time the whole several days we stayed which made communication with work impossible and I had to purchase an internet dongle Beside the internet we found this place to be really good.

Nicely refurbished two level unit. We were there on possibly the iciest day and felt heating upstairs would be desirable. However, these weather conditions would be rare. Comfortable space, liked separate toilet upstairs. Would definitely stay again. Fabulous views at sunset of a still reflective lake.

We had a great week at this property. It has been renovated which gives it a modern and fresh look. Beds were very comfortable. The views from the balcony were fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well appointed. We took our two small dogs - the only thing to be aware of was there was not a fenced yard to leave the dogs outside. You could leave them on the balcony, or inside but I did not want to do this in case they barked and disturbed the other guests. This is not a criticism, just FYI. It did not worry us, but if you wanted to leave them outside be aware of this.

We rented this property sight unseen through Home Away but we were not disappointed. The property was spacious, clean and in a great location with magnificent views. Close to beaches, the town centre, Sapphire Club and an icecream shop! The pool was also a hit with the kids. Everything you need for a summer family holiday!

The property is in a good location and well set out but there are a number of things that were dissatisfying. - the house smelled mouldy which most likely comes from mould under the carpet - there were very very limited supplies which meant we had to buy a lot of essentials or make due (1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 toilets and 2 people staying 7 nights, 3 knifes (found a forth one in one of the draws in a bedroom on the last day, no dish clothes, no tea towel, 1 rubbish bag for the whole week, no chopping boards) - there also was an extremely loud noise under the floor in the front bedroom from 9pm (no appliances were running in the house) which meant very interrupted sleep and the need to put on noise cancelling head phones - rubbish was found in the draws of the side tables in the front bedroom overall, we were very disappointed with the level of supplies and tidiness which put a damper on our stay and is something we never experienced at any property before. We will not be back despite the benefits of the location and overall fit out of the place.

We stayed at this property for 4 days, and I wish it was more!! Amazing views, clean, pet friendly and very close proximity to town centre and beaches. The walk to the beaches along the boardwalk is beautiful. Locals are SO friendly! We will definitely be coming back to Merimbula, and to the Panoramic!! 👍😁
