It`s a house that has 5 rooms with different layouts. There are also common areas such as: the dining area, the terrace with a living room and outdoor furniture, the pool (unheated nor jets) and outdoor coffee tables.

This is two-level room with air conditioning and a portable fan; on the first floor you will find a kitchenette with the essentials to heat and prepare food, a bar with two high benches, a living room with two chairs and a small center table, a closet and a private bathroom. On the second level, in a mezzanine, you will find a king size bed.

Access codes will be shared with you prior to your arrival. Entry to the house is through a keypad lock and another one in your bedroom.

Casa Na`ay is located in an unbeatable location in the Center of Mérida. Even though it is seven blocks from the `Plaza Grande`, it is a reasonably calm and quiet space.

This space is located in the `Santa Lucia` neighborhood, one of the most important in the Historical Center, you are a few steps from the best restaurants, cantinas and bars of the city. Four blocks away is the beginning of the `Gastronomic Corridor` and `Paseo de Montejo`, just over 10 blocks away is the `La Plancha` Park.

You can park for free on the street or pay to park in any public parking lot.
Uber, Didi and Indrive are the apps that you can use to order a taxi.
Or, if you wish, you can rent a bicycle and make your trips part of the experience.

With the new buses `Va y Ven`, the airport route has a stop two blocks from the house. Seven blocks away is the ADO station on `Paseo 60`.

Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life.
The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting.
You may hear guests walking through the hallways or using the common areas.

Esta propiedad cuenta con cinco habitaciones independientes y áreas comunes compartidas. Estas reglas nos ayudan a mantener un ambiente cómodo, tranquilo y agradable para todos nuestros huéspedes.

🚭 NO FUMAR

Está estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro de la habitación y en los espacios interiores de la casa.

Por favor, no arrojes colillas dentro de la propiedad ni en las áreas comunes.

🎉 NO FIESTAS NI EVENTOS

No están permitidas las fiestas, eventos o reuniones dentro de la propiedad.

La casa es un espacio compartido y buscamos mantener un ambiente tranquilo para todos los huéspedes.

🤫 RESPETA EL DESCANSO

Mantén un volumen moderado dentro de tu habitación y en las áreas comunes.

Recuerda que otras personas se hospedan en las habitaciones de la propiedad. Evita generar ruido excesivo, especialmente durante la noche.

👥 HUÉSPEDES Y VISITAS

El acceso a la propiedad está destinado a los huéspedes registrados en cada reservación.

No se permiten visitantes o personas adicionales sin autorización previa.

🏊 USO DE LA ALBERCA

La alberca es compartida con los huéspedes de las demás habitaciones.

Utilízala de manera responsable.
No corras alrededor de la alberca.
No arrojes objetos al agua.
Mantén limpia el área.
No dejes basura en la terraza o junto a la alberca.
Respeta a los demás huéspedes que estén utilizando el espacio.

La alberca no es climatizada y no cuenta con jets.

🌿 ÁREAS COMUNES

La terraza, comedor, sala exterior y demás espacios comunes son compartidos.

Después de utilizarlos, déjalos limpios y ordenados para que puedan ser disfrutados por los siguientes huéspedes.

🔑 CÓDIGOS DE ACCESO

Los códigos de acceso son personales y no deben compartirse con personas ajenas a tu reservación.

Por seguridad, asegúrate de cerrar correctamente la puerta principal y la puerta de tu habitación.

🏠 CUIDADO DE LA PROPIEDAD

Por favor, trata con cuidado los muebles, instalaciones, equipos y elementos de la casa.

Si ocasionas algún daño, repórtalo lo antes posible para poder solucionarlo.

🧹 LIMPIEZA

Mantén limpia y ordenada tu habitación y las áreas comunes que utilices.

No dejes alimentos, basura o pertenencias personales en las áreas compartidas.

🦟 CLIMA TROPICAL

Mérida tiene un clima cálido y húmedo, por lo que pueden aparecer insectos ocasionalmente. Esto forma parte de las condiciones naturales de la región.

🚿 AGUA CALIENTE

El agua caliente puede tardar algunos segundos o hasta aproximadamente un minuto en llegar debido a la distribución de las tuberías. Esto es normal en la propiedad.

🧴 AMENITIES DE CORTESÍA

El agua, shampoo, toallas y demás artículos proporcionados en la habitación son cortesía.

Las solicitudes adicionales o reposiciones extraordinarias pueden tener un costo adicional.

🏡 CONVIVENCIA

Recuerda que esta es una casa con habitaciones privadas y áreas comunes compartidas. Sé considerado con los demás huéspedes y respeta su privacidad.
