SPECIAL RATES FOR OPEN WEEKS Toes In The Sand on Winnipesaukee is the ultimate summer getaway! This classic lakefront log cabin sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Wood paneling, gas fireplaces, and a wall of windows overlooking the water create the perfect lakeside retreat while central A/C, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer ensure a hassle-free stay.

The living room features a cathedral ceiling, skylights, comfy couches, a gas fireplace, and plenty of board games for cozy nights in. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, gas fireplace, and a private bath with a shower stall (also accessible from the hallway). A queen bed awaits in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom, with lake views, features two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a second bathroom in the hallway with a shower stall.

Step outside to breathtaking southern views of the lake, a private sandy beach, and a dock for a boat up to 26 feet (please note that the U-shaped dock that shows in some photos has been replaced with a new, straight dock). Sip your morning coffee on the patio as the sun rises, or take a kayak out to greet the ducks. Feeling adventurous? Try paddleboarding before an afternoon of swimming and lounging by the water. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
