The home is almost in the heart of downtown, just a short walk to all that Meredith has to offer including the quaint shops, numerous restaurants & watering holes, as well as the shores of both Lake Winnipesaukee, and Lake Waukewan. Uptown Charmer offers 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, a garage with parking for two cars, and additional parking the the drive way for two more vehicles. A short walk from the home down the railroad tracks you will find Waukewan Beach. Meredith offers two lakes to launch your boat, Waukewan boat launch as well as Meredith's town docks boat launch on Lake Winnipesaukee.

The main level is open concept from the living room into the kitchen connected to the dining room, with enough seating for six at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar and a Half bath with Washer and Dryer. Step out onto the screened-in porch which is just perfect for early morning risers to enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise, afternoon lunches or just lounging with friends and family. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom. On the second level you will find a small sitting area at the top of the stairs that has a sleeper sofa, offering a sunny spot to sit and enjoy a book. A bedroom, offering a queen bed, private, en-suite bath with walk in shower, and slider door that bring you out to a beautiful balcony. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, and there is another, shared, full bath on the second level. This charming home and its location will not disappoint!

Please note: This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well. Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
