  • Newly constructed and set in a peaceful, wooded area on Lake Winnipesaukee, Fish Cove Lodge is a 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom post and beam home that sleeps up to 4 guests. Only 10 minutes from downtown Meredith, you'll enjoy the quaint and scenic charm of this New England town known for its local winery and live theatre. Guests will love this home’s lake access and outdoor gas firepit!
    Exposed beams and paneled walls lend to the rustic ambiance inside this lakefront getaway. Cubbies and hooks by the front door offer a convenient spot to stash coats and shoes. Continue into the great room, where a gas fireplace with a stone façade and a large sectional couch wait for guests to relax. On the far wall is a spacious dining table with seating for 8 and views of the forest. Around the corner is the open and stylish kitchen, featuring Samsung appliances and sliding doors to the deck. A primary bedroom with a king bed and a sliding door to the deck is at the back of the home. After an exciting day on the lake, sit back and stream a favorite movie or show in the media room with a sectional and 40” Smart TV. Outside, find a 6-burner propane grill on the expansive deck and lake access at the end of the dock! Delight in the fresh air and serene environment on the screened porch’s padded rocking chairs or gather around the gas firepit for s’mores and stargazing.
    There is a window A/C unit in the living room and ceiling fans plus floor/window fans for the other rooms.
    The loft area boasts 2 built-in twin beds, a sectional sofa, and a 32” Smart TV.
    The dock will accommodate two boats up to 24 feet in length. Fish Cove is a quiet secluded section of Lake Winnipesaukee and this property is in a no-wake zone, making it great for exploring the cove with the 2 adult and 2 child-sized kayaks or the canoe provided at the home.

    LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $75. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited

Everything felt brand new and was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of thoughtful touches like a well-stocked kitchen, gas grill, and on-site laundry. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and right on the water, with a dock and access to both a kayak and canoe, which our twin 14-year-old boys loved using for fishing in the cove. We arrived late our first night and were greeted by the magical sound of loons calling across the lake. Throughout the week, we enjoyed perfect weather and took full advantage of the home’s amenities, making it one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations we’ve had.

We have a 12 and 15 year old and there was plenty of space when space was needed. We kayaked, swam, fished, paddle boarded. I only wish there was a swim platform for diving or possibly a water trampoline (neighbors had one and it looked amazing). I am sure insurance wont allow that, but how cool would that be? All in all, this house was perfection. We have rented on Lake Winni for 6 years and this house was our favorite. Charming and cozy. So happy we found it. Thank you to the owners for having such a cool spot!! Kelly Kast

Last year our twins had just graduated high school and this year they just finished their first year at Plymouth State University. No better way to relax than right here at this lake in this home. It’s so perfectly designed for our style with the post and beam. It’s at the quiet end of the lake and June is extra quiet. It was so easy to work with at the lake rentals, simple and trusting. We like to secretly make believe it’s really our lake home and we rent it out to other people for the rest of the year. :) It sure was nice to come back! See ya next year!
