The main residence is newly constructed with high end finishes and a thoughtful layout that blends comfort, elegance, and functionality. It features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sunlit open concept living space with views that stretch across the lake. A fully private lower-level guest suite adds a fourth bedroom along with its own separate entrance, full kitchen, living area, and bathroom, offering added comfort and flexibility for guests or extended family or friends.

Steps away, the lovingly restored vintage guest cottage is a true nod to old Winnipesaukee, reimagined with all the comforts of today. With two bedrooms, its own kitchen and gathering spaces, and curated New England decor, it’s a warm, nostalgic complement to the modern main house. Lake on three sides.

Altogether, the estate comfortably sleeps 16 guests, 10 in the main house including the private suite, and 6 in the cottage. Whether you are sipping coffee on the dock at sunrise, enjoying a long dinner with loved ones under the stars, or simply soaking in the peace of the lake from every window, Wekepeke Point Estate invites you to experience summer the way it was meant to be natural, effortless, and unforgettable.

This property includes a deeded right of way that provides access to a neighboring cottage located on the point. From time to time, you may see the cottage owners or their guests walking along the edge of the property to reach their home. As part of this agreement, they are also afforded designated parking spaces on the property. You will receive specific instructions upon arrival with all the information you need to enjoy your time here comfortably and respectfully.

Maximum Number of Guests - 16 guests total, including day guests.
Maximum Number of Vehicles - 6 - The first floor of the garage is available for guest use. This area is perfect the perfect spot to plan your family reunion.
Pets Allowed - Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the owner.

Fireplace - *Not for guest use*
Water Source - Private well in main house. Lake water in the cottage. If you are in the cottage, you will need to bring bottled water to drink and cook with.

This property can accommodate two boats:
Dock - can accommodate (1) Boat up to 24' feet in length - Second on inside of cove.
Boathouse - The boathouse will accommodate (1) boat up to 20' feet in length with an 7' beam
Personal Watercraft dock, next to boathouse. Walk into the lake from top of cove.

Swim Raft - Yes

Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.

This home requires a refundable security damage deposit of $5,000.00
