It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living room with a smart TV that can move to a room if needed . and a DVD player, with lots of movie’s, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nesspreso and Senseo coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). The apartment is located in the north of the island, 24.3 km from the airport, 20 km from the port of Mahón and 37.4 km. from the port of Ciudadela. Son Parc beach (Arenal de Son Saura) is wide, with fine white sand and shallow, transparent waters (ideal for children). You can access by car to the parking lot and from there there are only a few meters to reach the sand. There are a couple of beach bars where you can eat.
