The apartment is placed very close to Via dei Portici and to the Spa with it\'s swimming pools and wellness centers ! The location of the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the old town by foot! In Merano you have also the possibility to visit the Trauttmansdorff Castle of the princess Sissi with its unique gardens and museum, the majestic Castle Tyrol, Princely Castle, etc.. Do not miss this great opportunity! The location of our apartment gives you accessibility to all the facilities (public transport, tourist office, etc.)! Our apartment is about 65 square meters , ideal for up to 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building and it is completely new! Consisting of one living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite and free WIFI . In the same space you have also a double bed ! The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, cutlery and pots for cooking (no food products as salt, sugar or oil). The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Towels (face and shower) and sheets are included in the price. On your request we provide a crib (with sheets) at no extra charge. Final cleaning fee NOT included in the price.
