"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"

"Bettina and Darwin are the most hospitable hosts imaginable. There are only 2 rooms, so you immediately feel one of the family. My room was divine, colourful and comfortable. Breakfast with a breathtaking view over Banos, under the supervision of their two llamas grazing nearby. It’s worth coming to Banos just to stay here. Only caution- the road is very steep. "Fine hotel, very central placed in Baños with large rooms and large beds. The WiFi is quite decent. Good breakfast with bread, juice, coffee, cheese and ham. The staff is friendly and smiling, but the attention around the reception is poor and people often have to wait there to be serviced. They have a bell which rings every time a new guest comes in, which is loud and repeated. We stayed at the lower floor, right out to the breakfast area. "This place is in the heart of Banos, next to the main cathedral, close to everything, with a view of the town, and mountains around it. The place is well kept, creatively remodeled, and had very helpful staff. You will have noise from all the activity outside but the patio doors do block much of the sound when closed. If you're very sensitive to sound you might want to be further from the town center. If you want all the shops and restaurants nearby, this is the place. "
