Welcome to Sandy’s Mentone Magpie, a 2-story cabin just minutes from Desoto Falls & State Park, Little River Canyon and Downtown Mentone. Inside, you’ll discover expansive living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms designed for rest and comfort. The cabin is filled with unique handcrafted wood carvings and vibrant mosaic art, adding personality and charm to every corner. Enjoy entertainment like a Pacman game table, pool table, and smart TVs. Find serenity in the Zen room or soak in the hot tub. Outside, explore private trails, gather around the firepit, or lounge on the porches. This cabin offer a blend of indoor charm, artistic touches, and outdoor adventure.

Relax by the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or compete in a round of Pacman. Play a friendly match on the pool table, or kick back on one of the two queen sleeper sofas that provide extra space for your group. Plenty of large windows fill the room with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding nature.

A welcoming queen bed with fresh linens, quilt, plush pillows, and a wardrobe for storage. A peaceful spot to recharge after a day of exploring.

Washer and dryer are available for your convenience, complete with 2 laundry pods and 2 dryer sheets to get you started.

Trundle beds, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace make this a flexible space for extra sleeping or lounging. Step onto the screened porch to enjoy a pond, fountain, fairy garden, and swing, or head to the front porch and soak in the hot tub.

Queen bed, large closet, and private balcony with café table and chairs. Bathroom 2 is attached to this bedroom.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy.

➤ Sandy`s Mentone Magpie has neighbors to the left and right, although they are barely visible due to the boulders and trees creating privacy.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤ 2 twin trundle beds available in the sunroom; bottom bed rolls out for each and can be positioned anywhere for extra sleeping space.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation
4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.
5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy
6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
7. No parties or events allowed
8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of
