"It’s a beautiful property facing the ocean with gorgeous views. Clean spacious room and one got to view one of the most stunning sunset right from the balcony."

"Our toilet broke within 10 minutes of checking in and when I called the front desk they said they didn’t have maintenance and encouraged my husband to fix it if he could. A few minutes later maintenance showed up but had no clue what was the problem so my husband basically had to use his tools to fix it himself. The only “amenity” the ice machine was also broken. If they would just repair some of these outdated things then it would be a nice place to stay."

"This place is really nice! Rooms are adorable and the grounds are beautiful. Easy trail access to Van Damme beach and the trail itself is lined with wildflowers and lovely views. Nice chicken enclosure where you can feed them and the Llama are so cute! Breakfast delivered to tour room in the morning was very nice and the pizza restaurant had a nice selection of pizzas and salads. Super nice staff as well! Highly recommend!"

"The SCP staff were really fantastic. My girlfriend and I booked a place at the Coast Lodge location. The place was great, and the ocean view was fantastic, but we didn't realize there aren't any trail/path options for walking, and we have an active dog. We asked if we could switch to the Farm location, and the staff went out of their way after hours to move us even though it was difficult because our reservation was through Expedia and not directly with them. They even upgraded us to the cottage...

"Unfortunate circumstances We had been looking forward to seeing an attraction where they have transformed a 100-year-old landfill into a tourist attraction, Glass beach. but the weather unfortunately didn't make it possible, the weather had also done that there was no electricity in the hotel from 7 in the evening until we left cold and thirsty for coffee at 8 the next morning. It is perfectly fine that external circumstances mean that you do not have power in an entire hotel, things happen...

"Had a wonderful stay at Mendocino Cove! They were pet friendly and had a dog bed, bowls, treats and even towels for our little pup. Amazing grounds and property is well kept. Location perfect with a labyrinth and easy trek to the beach. Room was perfect for our daughter's birthday getaway. "Placed at a beautiful spot with an fantastic view over a bay. Nice host and a large room. A bit far from the city centre and road not pleasant to walk along. Webside didn’t say that highway passes just on the other side of fence and currently a major road construction is taking place with a lot of noice as a consequence. "

"Very nice property! Great location, nice views, very nice room which was very clean especially for a Pet friendly room. They had everything you need in the room. The grounds/gardens are well maintained and pretty. Nicely lit at night. The restaurant/Tavern was excellent; great food, wonderful atmosphere and service. Our server Matt was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even our fur babies enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. We will be coming back here for sure!"
