So first off there is a charge to cancel...not with Expedia but with the hotel, not happy but not a problem. $25 a day for incidentals again not a problem just unknown. No complimentary breakfast...never stayed at a Hilton where you had to pay for the breakfast. The real issue was the room we were in for the price. Very dated room not impressive at all, squeaky bed wasn't very comfortable, so tremendously overpriced, we received no Room Service the entire 2 night stay not even to see if we needed fresh towels...possibly because it was V-day weekend. Then on the morning of check-out the lights went out at 830 am, no elevator, no hot water so no shower, not really able to check-out. The light came back on at 11:30 am and I understand it was not the hotel's fault but there was no "Sorry for the inconvenience, Thank you for your stay, Here's a complimentary...anything" when we we're finally able to check-out because my fiancee is disabled and we HAD to wait on the elevator. I'm very understanding but the customer service just wasn't there and I've never been so disappointed with a hotel stay. Definitely won't make this mistake of booking again.
