Discover both units of our East Memphis duplex. Built in 1910 and maintaining original doors and moldings, classic charm meets modern convenience. This home retains its timeless character while offering fully equipped kitchens in both units and modern amenities. The units provide four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests, perfect for large groups. We are just a few minutes from Midtown and the University of Memphis. Pets are welcome with a fee. We'd love to host you!

Right Unit: You are staying in the unit with the door on the right side of the duplex. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a relaxing living room with SmartTV and a sofa bed. Walk on the right side, and you will reach the dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The laundry room has an access door going to the backyard. There is a hallway near the kitchen leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a charcoal grill is available for use. Left Unit: You are staying in the unit with the door on the left side of the building. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you reach upstairs, there is a bedroom on the left and a comfortable living room on the right with a sofa bed, a SmartTV, and access to the porch. Off the living room is another bedroom with a bathroom. Walk on the left, and you will find the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. A charcoal grill is available for use.
