"Breakfast was not fresh. Kitchen is under construction. Breakfast was delivered the night before. (Choices at check in) Breakfast items were okay 6/7 out of 10. There was a water issue during our stay...not the hotels fault. Poor communication, phone went straight to voice mail. Did not know what was going on. Issue was resolved later in the morning. Our rate was discounted 15% to make up the inconvenience. Overall experience positive. "

"Poor service. Receptionist was reclining in the chair behind the desk on his phone. Continental breakfast included eggs, white toast and waffles. Everything else there was no supplies. No cereal, milk, sausage, brown bread, English muffins, bagels were all out of stock. "

"I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future."

"When we checked in, the employee that checked us in was awesome. She was very sweet and welcoming. When we got into room, we were pleased with how nice it was but The bathroom was on the smaller side. When we went to go and use the pool, the door stated to go and get towels at the front desk. When we went up to the front desk to get some towels, we were told that they were all out. We also went up to ask for extra bedding and pillows for the pull out couch and were told that they didn’t have...

"Nice hotel close to the beach. Huge room, but weirdly no door to the sink area of the bathroom, which was right next to the bed, meaning that you either had to wash your hands in darkness, or risk waking up the other person sleeping in the bed, if you had to go to the loo in the middle of the night. Minor detail though. The room was nice and comfortable, the hotel located right next to the beach, and had a huge parking lot, making it very convenient for car travel. The swimming pool was closed...

"Room was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but fine for a one night stay. Noisy people in middle of night in the hallway meant we didn't get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but the tables could have used a wipe down. One person was trying to do it all and he was struggling to keep up. Overall good for a quick one night stay on the road. "

"There is ample parking you just have to dodge loads of trash,cigarette butts and dog poop. The room was dingy and it smelt horrible for a non smoking room. The room was very outdated and mismatched. I sat on a chair with a towel on it, that's how dirty it felt ☹️The toilet paper roll kept falling onto the floor, there was some sort of cigarettes in a pack that my puppy found from under the bed and a straw left on the table from a juice box. White drips on the mirror in the foyer and the bathroom...
