"Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet. "

"Very nice hotel, but in a very noisy place next to highway and train tracks. Fitness is good(for hotel standards), breakfast does its job. Rooms a large, well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only issues was the noice from highway just outside and the thin walls in the hotel. With earplugs it was a great stay"

"We reserved a king suite and it was definitely not a suite. It essentially had 1 more door which actualy made it feel smaller. The bathroom slide door has a lock with a 6in metal bar that sticks out both sides. Totaly unnecessary. The facility, staff, elevators and area are excellent. But the room itself was not worth the money pd"

"Took forever to check in, then they couldn’t get me a king room, even though that’s what I had already paid for and booked through Expedia. The elevators are horrible and didn’t work half the time. Horribly long wait times to even get on or off an elevator. Valet is also forever wait and they don’t even have a garage for your vehicle, they literally drive it 2 blocks to a public parking lot. "
