"I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option. As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property. I contacted the the managing agent via WhatsApp and even after sending him screenshots to show that if I should make another booking that it showed that free breakfast was included. His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

"Mycket trevlig personal !

"Location, location !!!!! right on the beach, great staff, great view of the sea and Table Mountain"

"Belki de yanlış zamanda gittim Restaurant kapalıydı. Yemek için hiç birşey yoktu. Odalar geniş ama olanaklar kısıtlı. Klima yok yakında market yok. Issız bir yerde ıssız bir tesis. "

"Great location and very nice staff - we had dinner in the restaurant one night, food was great, same with breakfast "

"The pictures on the site must be very old "

"Jacqueline was a lovely host, our stay was very nice though at a different property than the one we booked, as the current property was under maintenance. Our host was very accomodating and communicated the changes in advance. "

"My room was double booked. I didn’t get any accommodation. I was told to leave. I was told that I will be fully refunded by Hotel.com. Thus far I have not been informed of any refund by Hotels.com. I am still waiting for my money.. "

"The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the air conditioning/heating system was not working properly, so the room was quite cold."
